Main Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordinating, and project managing conferences and exhibitions, special events, and other ad hoc marketing efforts, as required, to ensure smooth execution.

• Assisting with coordinating, gathering, and preparing materials for specified media communications.

• Publishing press releases and news items.

• Creating new marketing material and branding initiatives.

• Assisting the Sustainability & Communication Manager, as necessary, in developing and maintaining the annual corporate marketing plan and advertising plan.

• Coordinating editorial writing for industry publications.

• Assisting with website management and maintenance.

• Providing general administrative support, in relation to the marketing function.

 

Required Competencies:

​

• A formal qualification in Marketing or a related field is preferred.

• Proven marketing or communications experience in a similar role.

• Excellent working knowledge of the MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience and proficiency with the full Adobe creative suite.

• Advanced level of English, both written and verbal.

• Good understanding of web and web development

• Excellent organizational skills and initiative, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• A strong attention to detail.

• A team player

• Should have, or will be required to develop, a working understanding of the marine seismic industry.
