The Chief Executive Officer & President is appointed by the Board of Directors to manage the Group’s day-to-day operations and lead the Executive Management under the Board’s supervision. The Executive Management serves as the primary management forum for implementing board resolutions, driving operational performance and ensuring alignment across all business functions.

Charles “Chuck” Davison Jr.

Chuck joined PxGeo in 2025 as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Chuck brings more than three decades of leadership experience in the energy sector, including senior roles at Weatherford, Strike and Oceaneering International. Chuck holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.

Hans-Peter Burlid

HP joined PxGeo in 2021 and has since held several senior leadership roles within the company, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Commercial Officer. He previously spent thirteen years at Polarcus, ultimately serving as Chief Financial Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Blekinge Institute of Technology.

Ammar Chattha

Ammar joined PxGeo in 2025 from Alvarez & Marsal in London and Dubai and earlier held restructuring and valuations roles at KPMG in London. Ammar holds a Bachelor of Science in Government and Economics from the London School of Economics and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and CFA Charterholder.

Dominic Horn

Dominic joined PxGeo in 2022 and has since held several senior HR roles within the company. He has more than ten years of HR leadership experience in the offshore energy sector, spanning Africa, Latin America, Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Dominic holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business Management from De Montfort University and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Liverpool John Moores University.

Ali Jalloul

Ali joined PxGeo in 2021 and has since held senior leadership roles within the company across offshore operations and operational excellence. Before joining PXGEO, he held senior operational roles at Polarcus, ultimately serving as Global Operations Manager. Ali holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Tours and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.

Bob Nouh

Bob joined PxGeo in 2025 from Transocean, where he held the role of Director of Technical Services and Engineering. He has extensive experience in the offshore energy industry, including senior leadership roles at Seadrill. Bob holds a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management and International Business from the American University in Cairo and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ain Shams University.

Carlos Cubeddu

Carlos joined PxGeo in 2025 from Parker Wellbore, where he held the role of Vice President for the Eastern Hemisphere. Earlier in his career, he held senior operational and business development roles at Schlumberger. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
