Designed around imaging objectives

Flexible source strategies for offshore seismic acquisition. We design source configurations around the geophysical objectives, operational realities and subsurface requirements of each survey. Rather than applying a fixed approach, we tailor source strategies to optimize imaging performance, operational efficiency and seismic bandwidth across a wide range of offshore environments.

High quality seismic acquisition. Delivered with operational precision.

Bespoke source design

We remain technology agnostic, selecting and configuring source solutions based on the specific requirements of the project.

This flexible approach allows us to optimize source design for different acquisition strategies, geological environments and imaging objectives.

Expanding seismic bandwidth

PXGEO continues to develop and deploy innovative low frequency source strategies to extend seismic bandwidth across both Ocean Bottom Node and Towed Streamer Acquisition.

Our experience includes hybrid low frequency source deployment alongside conventional broadband sources, as well as standalone low frequency acquisition strategies designed for velocity model building and advanced subsurface imaging.

Improving source-side efficiency

Efficient source deployment plays a critical role in overall survey performance, particularly on large-scale Ocean Bottom Node acquisition projects.

Using advanced deblending techniques and wider source separation strategies, we improve acquisition efficiency while maintaining high-density seismic sampling and imaging quality.

Multi-source acquisition strategies

Large-scale source deployment capability

Advanced source deblending workflows

Efficient acquisition across complex environments

Proven operational application

PxGeo has deployed advanced source strategies across a range of offshore environments, supporting both conventional broadband acquisition and emerging low frequency source applications.

This operational experience allows us to adapt source technology and deployment strategies around project objectives rather than limiting projects to a single acquisition approach.
