Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The role will be responsible in providing administrative support to the Sales Department.

About the job

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation of presentation material, standard tender material, and written correspondence

  • General administrative support including taking and publishing meeting minutes, preparing letters, reports and presentations as directed

  • Maintaining archives, databases, standard tender material, and other information and material used by the Marketing and Sales Department

  • Providing administrative support in tendering, from receipt of tender invitations to compilation of the tender material, preparation of the tender, and through to tender submission

  • Organizing participation at regional trade shows and exhibitions


Required Competencies:

  • Experience in sales and bid support, preferably in the Seismic industry or other oil and gas services related industry.

  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office suite of programs.

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to demanding deadlines.

  • Strong English verbal and written communications skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to multi-task in a challenging environment.

  • Team player
